Flight Crew Files is an independent aviation enthusiast magazine covering scary, heroic, bizarre and unexplained stories from aviation, alongside aviation news, history and UAP files. It is entertainment and informational content — not journalism produced by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any airline, aircraft manufacturer, government agency, or aviation regulator.

UAP/UFO content on this site reflects publicly reported accounts as described by the pilots, crew and agencies involved. We report what has been said; we don't assert official conclusions about what any of it was.

Nothing on this site — including the Fear of Flying section — is medical, mental health, legal, financial or professional advice of any kind.

3. Submitting Stories, Tips & Comments

The Tip Line, the Community Hub, and article comments (powered by Giscus) let you submit content to the site. By submitting anything, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to share it, and it doesn't violate anyone else's rights (including privacy, confidentiality or intellectual property).
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, edit, anonymize, publish and otherwise use what you submit on the site, without compensation.
  • You understand submissions are reviewed by our editorial team before anything is published, and we may decline to publish, or may edit for length, clarity or to remove identifying details.

Comments made through Giscus require signing in with a GitHub account and are subject to GitHub's own terms in addition to ours.

When submitting stories, tips, comments or contacting us, don't:

Original written content on this site is owned by Flight Crew Files unless otherwise noted. Video content embedded on the Video Feed page is sourced from YouTube and remains the property of its respective creators. Historical case files and quoted material are drawn from public reporting and official records, credited with a source link wherever we cite one.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

This site embeds or links to third-party services — including Google AdSense, Giscus, YouTube, Flightradar24, LiveATC.net, and FormSubmit.co — each governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control and aren't responsible for.
